As your US representative, Babcock IP will report to you as
you request. Babcock IP can provide immediate notification
of USPTO / Third Party communications. In addition or
alternatively, we can prepare either cursory or detailed
analysis of the communications along with our recommendations.
Babcock IP can implement your detailed instructions, work
with you to develop strategies/arguments, or independently
develop and implement strategies/arguments for your review.
Babcock IP uses the USPTO Electronic Filing System (EFS) and
Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) to expedite the
application filing and then track the application's progress. We
can report the PAIR status of a case to you immediately.
Our use of EFS / PAIR enables:
- early publication of an application and thereby the
earliest possible notice to an alleged infringer,
- minimization of the opportunity for USPTO transcription
errors requiring certificates of correction.
- monitoring of the reception and transmittal of application
papers, office actions and responses without lengthy status
inquiry reply periods.
- minimization of delays between filing of an allowed patent
application's issue fee and patent issue.
For expedited complete patent application filings, our client
downloadable forms include: power of attorney, inventor's
declaration and assignment forms, available here. The
completed and signed forms may be faxed to us for filing of a
complete application without missing parts delays or late filing
fees.
